Your session fee is due at time of booking and may be used towards another session but is non-refundable should you need to cancel your session.• Total balance due for full or mini session is due at time of session. Your online viewing gallery should be ready in 2-3 weeks following your session. • Providing balance is paid in full, the session cd and Collagewill be mailed immediately to your home after gallery is posted. • Session images are kept on file for 60 days and then purged from the system. During this time, any wall enlargements should be ordered from your online gallery. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of enlargements.• Amanda Smith reserves complete creative control on the outcome of images on your cd. This includes color or black and white version, crop and composition. • The images on your cd should not be altered or 'photoshopped' in any manner. Each image is carefully edited and intended for use only as shown on your cd. • Our computer monitors are calibrated for the printing labs that we use. If you have the same digital file printed at several different labs, you will have several slightly (and sometimes severely) different prints in regards to quality, color, density, or cropping. Reflections Photography is not responsible for the quality, color, or cropping of prints produced by the lab you choose. Any questions regarding quality of the prints reproduced from these files should be directed to the lab you have chosen.• Please make at least one copy of your cd immediately after receipt and store it in a safe and secure location for archival purposes. We recommend that you save one copy at a location other than your home, in case of fire or other tragedy. • Prices are subject to change at any time.• Current pricing is locked in at time of session booking• All images copyrighted by Amanda Smith.
